BLX Design is committed in protecting your personal privacy. Any information given to us will only be used for ordering purposes, and to inform you of our new products. It is our strict policy not to sell, rent, share or loan any identifiable information to anyone regarding our customers.
Order Acceptance
As our pieces are unique, BLX Design may need to limit the order quantity on any item. However, we are open to re-create certain popular pieces upon request. Just let us know! When ordering, we will ask for certain contact details to allow us to fulfill your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only before payment has been made. To make a cancellation, please send us an email stating your order number. You can find your order number by logging into the site, and viewing your order details.
We will also cancel orders that remain unpaid after 1 week (although we will send you reminders before that). We will notify you once your order has been cancelled.
Exchange and Refund
Goods sold are non refundable or exchangeable.
Price
All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD). BLX Design reserves the right to adjust the price when necessary. Price adjustment will not affect products which order has been placed.
