Delivery & Handling:
Delivery and handling charges are calculated based on the address you gave us when you registered your details. So make sure you give us the right address!
All items will be sent via regular mail. If you want registered mail*, choose that option when you make your order.
Each item will be individually packed into a small zip lock bag and carefully bubble wrapped.

Ordering lots of items?
Orders above 6 items are eligible for a bulk delivery rate. When making your order, we'll input a default delivery price, but we'll email you after that to inform you of the REAL cost. (Yes, we realize this may not be the best way to do it, but bear with us on this)
Damages
All items go out in perfect condition. Sorry, but we can't be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred when using regular post.
* Registered Mail
Registered mail means that the delivery is tracked by the post office to ensure it gets to you. Think of it as an insurance policy for your mail. For all orders, you can add SGD3 to send your items by registered mail.
The maximum liability of Singapore Post Registered mail is limited to SGD$68.00 or the value of the content, whichever is lower. If you would like to purchase insurance for content value more than SGD$68.00, please email for more details
